Most of the health insurance plans cover vein procedures, including EVLT, sclerotherapy, laser surgery, and/or ambulatory phlebectomy. If you have symptoms such as leg pain, charlie horse, leg swelling, leg tenderness, dermatitis, leg ulcer, restless leg syndrome, and bleeding from varicose veins, then we can help you get coverage. In addition, insurance companies want you to have tried >3 months of compressive therapies as well as over-the-counter pain medications. Most insurance plans (including Medicare and AHCCCS) provide coverage for vein treatments, and we are contracted with most insurance companies. Call us for exact insurance network information.
