Charles De La Riva, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. He earned his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University and has been practicing as an FNP for six years, following six years of experience as a registered nurse in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Charles brings a broad range of clinical experience, including primary care, vascular medicine, pediatrics, telemetry, emergency medicine, observation, ortho-trauma, medical-surgical, and behavioral health. His experience in hospital leadership has equipped him with the ability to develop and implement quality metrics, workflows, and systems that support safe, efficient, and outcome-driven patient care.

Charles is the Owner and Medical Director of Estrella Family Care and Aesthetics, a luxury integrated medical practice offering primary care, psychiatry, and aesthetic services. The practice provides flexible care delivery models, including insurance-based and cash-pay options through telehealth and in-home visits, designed to improve access, convenience, and continuity of care.

At Laser Vascular Center, Charles focuses on the evaluation and management of vascular conditions, emphasizing evidence-based practice, procedural support, and continuity of care. He is dedicated to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Outside of clinical practice, Charles is a devoted Christian, family man, and athlete. He enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through competitive Jiu Jitsu, hiking, and traveling. He is also pursuing doctoral studies to further advance his clinical expertise and leadership in healthcare.
