Claudia Macias, FNP

I am a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specialized in vascular and geriatric care. I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007. Since then, I have dedicated my professional life practicing in many settings including acute care, outpatient services, and case management. After 10 years of nursing practice, my professional growth inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Science of Nursing. I graduated from Walden University in 2019 as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.

During my nursing career, I was awarded with a most prestigious recognition of Excellence in Nursing due to my ongoing drive to provide the best holistic patient care. Due to my extensive experience in the medical field, I have been able to relate to my patients’ circumstances and barriers, always allowing them to collaborate in their plan of care. I am bilingual; being fluent in English and Spanish has significantly increased my ability to successfully communicate with a vast array of patients.

I have been married for the last 27 years. I have 3 children, 2 boys, and a girl. My oldest son Daniel is in Medical School at the University of Arizona, Adrian is attending college, and Eva is in 8th grade. On my time off, I enjoy running, dancing, and enjoying time with my family and friends.
